Meta4 is a company that provides Global Solutions for managing Payroll and Human Resources. I worked for this company from December 1998 to January 2002 as technical writer (in both Spanish and English) and coordinator of Training Materials. Some of the documentation that I had to write include the online help of the applications, user guides and training manuals.
The main tools used during this period were Microsoft Office, FrameMaker, HTML Help, Visio Professional, Paint Shop Pro and Microsoft Project.
